About the event
“After water” is a photo essay depicting the recovery process after the catastrophic flood that shook Lower Silesia in September 2024. When the water subsided and the topic disappeared from the media, the lives of flood-damaged towns and their residents were still marked by drama and hardship. The project documents the daily lives of people who are quietly rebuilding their homes and lives.
