About the event
The exhibition presents the works of fourth-year photography students from the Lodz Film School. The projects originated from various starting points, yet they are united by a similar sensitivity to reality and the way of working with its fragments.
The artists direct their attention to minor everyday events, objects, gestures, and situations that become carriers of experiences. They are interested in moments of suspension and the tensions between what is private and shared, between presence and absence, between the materiality of things and the stories associated with them. Photography functions here as a tool for collecting traces and building narratives from elements that remain incomplete, scattered, or fragmentary.
