Dance Strings Attached

Home Ballet Poses is a series of self-portraits that illustrate the symbiosis between the body, imagination and environment. The concept of the artist's work is an attempt to convey how dance can embody the domestic space and show the connection between man and object.

Based on the series, the concept for the exhibition "Dance Strings Attached" was created. The physical connections with colored rubber bands between the object and the photograph are meant to create a multidimensional maze that will prompt the viewer to traverse it in such a way that he or she will create a his own choreography by exploring the nooks and crannies of the space.

Despite the intertwined connections, the rubbers will also enable people to move around the exhibition disabled which meets the accessibility criteria.
